How to Apply?

There is a Rs. 1000 application fee for candidates in BPS 17 and above.
BPS 11 to 16 have an application fee of Rs. 500 and BPS-05 to BPS-10 have an application fee of Rs. 300.
When you have completed the online application, take a printout and send it to the Director (Admin & Coord) University of Health Sciences, Khayaban-e-Jamia Punjab, Lahore, along with attested copies of the certificates, testimonials, CNIC, passport-sized colored photographs, and original bank challans / debit cards of paid processing fees.
Applications are due on November 25, 2022.
